No. Radar Tracker does not create fake lightning markers. The view comes from the external lightning data source.

There may be no recent lightning activity in the selected area, or the external live layer may update with a short delay.

Is this safe enough for outdoor decisions?

No. Use the map for orientation only. If thunder is nearby, seek shelter and follow official weather warnings.

Region focuses on the language-specific country, Global shows the world, and the continent buttons zoom to broader areas.
